I came across a Sega Channel adapter in a store yesterday. It looked like a mutant 32X with a coaxial socket on it. I don't really know anything about it, and I already have a few Genesis consoles (it was bundled with it for $25), so I passed. Should I go back and pick it up? How hard to find are they, and are they of much use nowadays?

I've ran across a few. As far as I know they're pretty much worthless as they no longer work. Neat novelty item though.

I really want one but I don't think they're worth much. Probably no more than $20.

I got one the other day for 9 bucks. There is not much that this thing can do now a days, but if you have the right power supply for it,you will get the nice, neat Sonic screen intro.

I sold my on ebay for $9.99 plus shipping just over a year ago.
The guy at VideoGameConnections bought it.

I think mine cost me 6 plus shipping on ebay, last year I also got a sega branded router that was probably used at cable companies that offered the service so maybe I can route some games through that and play it that way (a man can dream, can't he?)
