Since I'm getting into this area myself (finally!) I'm just curious who else here collects? I'd love to have a full sized cab, but I just don't have the room. So it's a Supergun for me.
As for my collection, well I don't have it in hands yet, but I have a US Sega Titan board with Radiant Silvergun and Terra Diver(aka Soukygurentai) on the way. I'm hoping to collect mainly shmups, though I gotta get a CPSII and some Street Fighter II.
So, what you got?

I do. I have a Space Invaders, Assault, Ms. Pac-Man, and a Shinobi. They are all in working order and in original cabinets. Also I just got a Pengo board.
I just moved so once my game room is in order I am going to submit some pictures to the Room of Doom section.

My arcade collection is limited.
I have a Ms. Pacman 6M cocktail table which I picked up for $45 from my local pool hall a couple of years ago, and I also have a Super Pacman cocktail table which has some troubles with the coin door and I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. As for PCBs, I have a Klax PCB from Japan that I picked up while I was there... but I haven't found a JAMMA cabinet for it yet. I love my cocktail tables because they double as coffe tables and don't take up as much space as an upright arcade machine.
There are some that I would love to own:
Sinistar (sit-down)
Black Tiger
Cocktail Joust
Galaga '88
etc.
I am also a member of VAPS (Video Arcade Preservation Society)

Currently in my collection,
Jamma cab with trackballs running Cabal
Moon Patrol cab converted to Jamma, running Bad Dudes
Paperboy dedicated
Galaxian dedicated
Nintendo Vs. cab running Super Mario Bros.
Mame Cab, hand made by yours truly
empty football cab
empty black widow cab
Operation Thunderbolt missing monitor
Non-working Atari F-1
Pac-Land PCB
Jailbreak PCB
Leland Football PCB
and just to round things off, a dealers choice pinball.
If you need extra room, just do what I did. Build a new room on your house. (Sarcasm implied. Do not do this, at least by yourself like I did. What a pain in the :ass: )

I have a single horizontal JAMMA cabinet with 4 PCBs: Street Fighter 2 CE, Renegade, Double Dragon, and Crime Fighters. I need to get a few shooters, UN Squadron being my most wanted. My gameroom goal is to have 1 horrizontal JAMMA, 1 Vertical JAMMA (really want Raiden), 1 NeoGeo, and a dedicated cabinet like pac-man or galaga. The house rule is that I'm not allowed to get any more arcades until I get a pinball, so this is what I'll hunt down next - probably before the end of the summer.
Although I'm always looking for deals on more boards and cabinets. If a collector in the NJ area and is interested in trading their extra cabinets or PCBs for classic consoles and games let me know. I'd open it to other locations, but shipping and transportation would be expensive so an in person deal would be best.

I own Taisen Puzzle Dama, a Japanese Konami arcade game board. Hopefully, one day I'll be able to put it to good use...

If I had the space and cash, I would have at least five. However, I am putting together a MAME cabinet. I have a Sinistar cabinet in the basement and might be picking up a Dragon's Lair cabinet this weekend. I'm not sure which cabinet I am going to use. The other one is going to be donated to the Christian Scott "I need more stuff in my game room" donation bin.

Wow! I don't have any, but I'm impressed by the stuff being posted!
Hey Cap'n, how much cheaper was the Radiant Silvergun board compared to a copy of the Saturn version?

The prices are about the same for them actually. On top of the cart, you still have to buy the STV board.

Ah, but the STV board is a one-time expense, right? Then I assume you can swap in other STV carts--like Soukyugurentotakudangdoodlyai? I guess the real econ question is: If you want to make a habit of collecting crazy Japanese games that were ported from STV to Saturn, are you going to be poorer going the Saturn/discs or Supergun/STV Board/carts route?

I have a P.O.W. cab with a rotatable monitor (you can pull out the monitor and flip it 90 degrees to play either horizontal or vertical games).
The boards that I have:
Aero Fighters
Bad Dudes
Mortal Kombat
Street Fighter II - Hyper Fighting
and of course the P.O.W. board that came with the cab.
MK and SF:HF are not very easy to play right now, since the control panel only has 3 buttons. I'm trying to find a control panel for it with 6 buttons (the POW is a Dynamo cab, and they have interchangable panels).
In addition I have the J-Pac and ArcadeVGA from http://www.ultimarc.com those together basically turns any PC with an AGP slot into a Jamma game (for use with emulators, like mame, or run other games).

Hmm...problem being the only other game I'd really want that ran on the ST-V board is Shienru (aka Gekioh Shooting King US). There's not a lot of other stuff on that platform that's worth it, IMHO.
But yeah, it's similar to the Neo Geo MVS board in that aspect that the games are carts that are easily changed. But the math comes out like this:
ST-V board $130-$150
Radiant Silvergun cart $120+
Souky cart $70+
Supergun $150 for a DIY or $300 for a pre built
Versus
Saturn with 4 in 1 cart $??? (I don't know what the going rate is)
RS $120+
Souky $70+
So in short, I have choosen the less economical route. Unless you plan on playing other PCBs.
@Daryll, your MVS cab is pretty much JAMMA compliant as is. The MVS 4 slot board has the audio pins in slightly different places, but with a minor change you can play pretty much any JAMMA board in that cab. Of course you'll have to be mindful of monitor orientation and if you need more than 4 buttons you'll have to add them to the controll pannel.

Right now I just have a dedicated MK2 cab, and that's all I have room for right now. But I plan to get a Neo Geo 2 or 4 slot dedicated cab, and some sort of street fighter cab that I can use to play all the Capcom fighters in.
Collect MVS carts as well, but use those with a home system and a converter.

I have a Tron upright gathering dust in my parents garage (the spinner quit working and now it is partially disassembled. I used to have a non-working Space Invaders Deluxe and a non-working Pong clone cocktail.
