Refund on console related items

On my way to work this morning i was listening to a local Manchester UK radio station and they were doing a phone in about items that you have returned to a shop and got a full refund when you shouldn’t have. Anyway one woman phoned in and said she bought a PS3 console and dropped it by mistake and therefore no longer worked. But as it was on the floor her young toddler son weed on it! she took it back to the shop and got a full refund. Which got me thinking have you guys ever returned an item and received a full refund when you shouldn’t have?

Well these aren't console-related, but I found this humorous. I recently returned two hair catchers and a bike pump to Walmart for a full refund, no questions asked. I found them when I was moving out of my apartment. They were over two and a half years old, and I did not have a reciept. Thank you Walmart for your extremely loose return policy!
