If this is in the wrong spot, I'm sorry. I think I may have been ripped off. Luckily, I payed using paypal. What is the process to get my money back? I won't mention the name of the person because I'm giving him/her 2 more days to respond. I just want to know what the process is if I have to go that route?

First of all you only have 45 days to start a dispute with paypal so i would go ahead and do it.
1. You log into paypal.
2. Go to resolution center.
3. Go to report a problem and follow directions on site or tutorial from there.

thanks for the information. I opened up a dispute. I guess now all I want is my money back. Can a moderator ban someone from stealing on here?

I seriously doubt that Matt's trying to steal your money. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff off him in the past 3 years and he's always been a perfect seller. 2 weeks is not at all an unreasonable amount of time for a package to arrive, sometimes shipping is slow.

If you were really that concerned and wanted to open a paypal dispute that's fine, however these matters can easily be done privately. Calling someone out on a public forum should always be a last resort only after all other options have been exhausted. (I'm referring to your other threads calling him a scammer and asking for him to be banned)

Methinks this should be private with a mod/admin before putting PMs and info in the forum publicly.

Two week's time isn't terribly long, but I know one can get antsy when they're expecting stuff. Might as well do the Paypal thing if you 're thinking about it, as it will likely help you get the info you need.

Wow, I can't believe you're actually calling this seller out publicly like this. Sorry, but this is a real jackass of a thing to do. It's only been two weeks, I've had to wait up to six weeks for items to arrive, not because the seller is slow at shipping, but because shipping just takes so damn long sometimes.

Just thought I would chime in a let you know that Saturnfan is a great seller, I have done multiple transactions with him for hundreds of dollars and would have no reason to doubt him. Give it a couple weeks.

Well, I wouldn't worry too much because you're at least recieving replies from him. I've got two seperate issues as of right now, one of which I've already sent payment and have not recieved any response for over a week, and another in which I went and bought some new games just to complete a trade and have not recieved a reply for a couple of days now. The whole thing's going to be a good waste of time, effort and money if I don't recieve a reply soon. I don't mind that there's a hold up of some sort, just as long as someone has the decency to actually let the person know that there is one.
