Sometimes games update themselves, and I have no idears why. Like lately there was a GH II update, UNO, Texas Hold'em, and a couple of other xbla titles updated. I wish there was an option on the 360 to "view more info" to see what was added/fixed etc... but alas, no.

Is there a website that shows you all of the updates and what they do/did?

I've tried going to carbonated games website to see what the UNO, Texas Holdem updates were, but nada.

Anyone know? Does xbox.com list the info somewhere? I'm scurrd.

I've found most titles need to install an "update" immediately after they're launched.

Methinks it's something to do with the games played list on your hard drive - it installs the achievement list and the icons/etc so that it can relaunch itself with all of that open.

Tracking is wonderful, isn't it?

Not that I know of.

Major Nelson's blog sometimes covers bigger updates or updates for bigger games.

Oftentimes they intentionally hide what the updates are doing. If the update is supposed to patch some sort of but in regards to cheating or gamerscore, they don't want people to know. All someone would have to do is go back and delete the patch and then they could cheat all they want.

They should fix the bug in GH II where you can't play online.
