I found this article today: Spielberg’s Latest Attraction: Video Games (http://scitech.blogs.cnn.com/2008/02/07/spielbergs-latest-attraction-video-games/#comment-163)
Spielberg has released a video game for the Wii: BoomBlox. It's a combination of Breakout, Lemmings, Jenga and WORMS all wrapped together. It's an EA game. Comes out in May.

Yeah, I watched the trailer for it on ign.com. It looks quite neat. I might have to check it out when it comes out.

I'm surprised serious filmmakers are aiming so low. We have Spielberg doing this puzzle thing, and John Woo doing a bad action game... don't filmmakers realize that RPGs are the grandest storytelling mediums for games?
I was watching Gangs of New York the other day and realized how perfect that would function as an RPG... I don't think there's been an RPG with a historical backdrop before.

Destiny of an Emperor? And I swear the plot from Vandal Hearts was nothing more than a fantastical French revolution.
