I'm looking for a clear, large pic of the mark from Shadow of the Colossus. My video capturing device kinda sucks and leaves everything all blurry, anyone know where I can find a nice big clear shot of it?

Sounds like your video capture device was working perfectly!

(wish I could help, but I don't remember what the mark looked like...I'll fire up the game tomorrow and gander around)

(I'll also fire it up in the latest PCSX2 for shits n grins, because I get off at .5fps!)

My capture thingy makes blurry pics out of Xbox games, i'd hate to see what it does to this game.

Any help would be apprechiated. First person to get me a nice big clear shot gets a press review copy of the game.

Just to give an idea of what i'm looking for, i need this as reference art so it needs to be clear enough to make out the details.

If I had a copy of this game, I'd help you. I finally figured out how to get non-blurry pictures with my capture thing. :(

I too, don't remember what the mark looked like. May see how it runs it PCSX2 and if it runs alright, I'll look for you (I don't have a capture card). I want to see how PCSX2 runs anyway, this will give me an excuse :p

EDIT: It won't matter that I have the PAL version will it?

No capture device, but I believe The Mark appears in the instruction maual, doesn't it?

EDIT: Yup, check out page 20. Not sure if this photo will help (my camera's pretty low-rez), but it's there...

I was somewhat dodging the issue...

It's going to end up on my shoulder/back in UV reactive ink (glows under black light). Unless I decide to have it outlined in black, nobody will ever know it's there...

My other tattoo is a 1up mushroom. You know... just in case i get hit by a bus or something, i'm covered.

108 I think. I meant the main ones like the throat, nose, diaphragm, etc.

Now someone do a tattoo like the guy from Shin Megami Tensei 3/Nocturne. That'll be nice and subtle.

Actually a blacklight-only tattoo would be a pretty decent idea. Is it pretty invisible in normal lighting?

Depends on which ink you choose, but there are inks that are invisible under normal light but glow under black light.

I wouldn't advise getting that kind of ink. I heard it's not really that amazing, and how often do you run around in black lights? If I had a tat I would love for people to see it at all times. Just me though, good luck with your choice.

You know ... even if you get that mark tattooed on your SHOULDER or BACK ... I bet if somebody climbed on top of you and stuck a sword in, say, your HEAD or your STOMACH ... that you'd still die.

That's why i have the 1up mushroom on the other side. In case someone decides to get all stabby.
