Super Nintendo controller button replacement

Bought a repair kit with new buttons to fix the start and select buttons on a controller. Is this a hard repair to do or do they just sit in place? Are the screws holding it together security screws or Phillips head?

Figured I'd ask so I have an idea of how easy or difficult it will be so I don't have a taken apart controller in pieces that I can't reassemble, don't really want to solder...

Yep, it's simple. Phillips screwdriver, pop old ones out new ones in.
