just what the title says. I heard this game is uncommon and I've come across a sealed copy for cheap, any ideas?

I just recently got two sealed copies for around $30 on ebay...the week before though, I saw them selling for $50 each...so it's hard to say since ebay has a habit of fluctuating prices. but rare, no.
