Caltron & Myriad 6-in-1 games for NES question

I was wondering if these came with a box and or manual.

I know someone here knows the answer to this one.

yeah they both came with a box. they both came with caltron cart sleeves. I believe they came with a registration card, but I don't think they had instructions.

Both also came with a manual, and, AFAIK, Caltron came with a questionnaire as well. There's also three variants for the Caltron 6in1 (excluding releases by other unlicensed companies).

I've got the Myriad version at home (on the road right now)... it had a Myriad label pasted on top of the original Caltron cartridge, and the box was black with purple text on it, IIRC.
