I'm just wanting to make sure that my information is correct.

What I'm looking for is a complete list of those NES games that were never available in their own box, or never came with a manual.

For example, Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet was never sold in it's own box at retail.

Thanks,
Steve

ones i can think of
super mario/duck hunt
super mario bros/tetris/nintendo world cup
miracle piano teaching
stack up (came with all the bits in a box i know, but technically a single box would refer to just the game, manual and box itself, not the additions)

the euro exclusive 3-pack didn't have a box either.
carmen sandiego came in a larger box simmilar to stackup.
arkanoid had a larger box as well, not sure if there was a slim version without the controller.
although if you want to get super technical a few of them had boxes in other countries. but for us releases you caught em all.

There was an individual release of the 3-pack, but just extremely hard to find:

Arkanoid only came in the larger box. Others not mentioned yet are RacerMate Challenge II and Athletic World in Europe (only packed in with the FFF pads, cart only).

I was going to mention that version of it but i thought we were going with mass released ones, what country were those versions released in again?
