PSP owners can download the Patapon demo via the Playstation Network store starting today. (Happy V-Day from Sony!)

I downloaded and played through the fairly robust multi-stage demo today.

It's one of those wonderful moments of game-meets-art with no sacrifice in the complexity of game design whatsoever.

Rythm game meets military strategy? Who would've thought it could be done!!

Completely original and just like the multiple Loco Roco holiday demos that Sony released this year, a fun demo download to play through even if you're not going to get the full version of the game.

Oh, and if you are going to download and play through the demo, you'll get a secret weapon that saves to your memory stick for use if and when you get the full game!!

Downloaded it and played through 3 levels last night. It's pretty fun and should be well worth its $19.99 budget price. The demo aparently is an hour long...not too shabby.

Of course you have to update your PSP to 3.90 for the privilege. Every single time I have a reason to hook up my PSP to the PS3, I need to update. Very annoying.
