Please describe the factory seal of an Intellivision game (ntsc)

I got a short stack of sealed copies of Utopia, I'm pretty sure its a factory seal, its pretty much a seam running up the sides and top of the box, with the bottom just folded over.

Sounds legit...and I can't imagine anyone would bother resealing multiple copies of a $10 game.
