I was playing Mario Galaxy today, and it dawned on me that it seemed to be draining the batteries a lot quicker than other games. Does anybody know if this is actually the case?? Also, would having the nunchuck plugged in have more of a drain? I would assume so, but I wanted to see if anyone knew the answer.

Anything with the nunchuck will drain the batteries faster. I felt at first that Zelda was draining them faster than anything else I had played (including Rayman Raving Rabbids).
Mario, Zelda and the like rely on lots of stick movement and wand shakes for attacks, spins and everything else under the sun. More movement more drain i'd think.

Also, games that use the Wiimote as a pointer (ie, onscreen aiming) will drain the batteries faster. I noticed while playing No More Heroes (which doesn't use the Wiimote for pointing) that the batteries lasted a lot longer vs games like Metroid Prime.

Also if I'm not mistaken (Haven't played SMG for a while), doesn't it rumble fairly often like when you use the Wiimote to break things in Galaxy?
