I am looking for a printable list of all xbox games released.
I had a look in the data base here but I could not find a printable list.
Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks

The XBOX database here is incomplete even if there was a printable list- as it's "in progress." Of course there may be a rouge member that may have one.

Don't feel bad about the DP list not being complete. It's being worked on by s1lence, the same s1lence thats doing/done the RF Gen XBox list.
He's just had more work that he's had to do to get ours up to snuff.

The RF one looks very incomplete too, I noticed straight off several titles missing on the first page such as Capcom Classics Collection Volume II. I'd say its not even 50% complete yet.

Volume 2 is sorta hard to find. Not a lot appear on ebay.

You would be correct, I'm going through the whole list on Rfgen as well. Its about 95 percent complete, not 50 percent. That is unless you include variants, then its lower.
Its a pretty big project on both sites as both systems lists were abandon and I'm left to pick up the pieces.
Xbox.com and Gamespot both have lists on the games, though both of them are incorrect or are missing titles as well. Gamestop is another site I cross reference and verify with. Its been an interesting project to say the least, hopefully I can complete it soon.

I wouldn't suggest emailing Microsoft. Their Xbox site is incredibly incomplete AND inaccurate. It really should be an embarrassment to them, but just by browsing through it, you can tell that they don't even care to maintain or update it.
I don't really know what a "rouge member" is/means. If it's some sort of reference to someone who touches themselves excessively, then perhaps I'm qualified to offer clarifications to the lists you are being directed to.
Starting with the wikipedia site. I really liked how they color banded the titles by region. Makes things so much simpler. I checked it thoroughly and noticed some problems....
These did not get a US release...........

They are in fact the same game. Choose the title you prefer.
These are listed as games, but are only controllers...

These are US released games not listed...

Top Gear RPM Tuning (2005)
These were listed without denoting the fact that the were Platinum only....
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix
Tom Clancy's Classic Trilogy
I briefly glanced through RFGeneration's list and I'm confused as to whether they are trying to list Xbox games from all regions or not. If they are, they are missing plenty, and they should region identify them for goodness sake! Just some quick things I noticed..
These never came out on the Xbox anywhere that I know of...
Armada 2
Fuel
Polar Express
SnoCoss 2
These only came out in Japan...
Dinosaur Hunting
Rent A hero #1
These only came out in Europe...
Kao the Kangaroo Round 2
Richard Burns Rally EU
This one seems missing...
Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2005 Adventures
I only gave the digitpress.slashbunny.com Xbox list the quickest of glances and didn't see anything horribly inaccurate, but it's missing quite a few games. Several Scooby Doo's, Ford Racing, and Cabela's. I was too damn tired from cross checking other lists to spend much time verifying it's contents.

Thanks for the info, like I said there is a few errors.
I'm only doing the NA releases for the xbox first. Then we will shift onto the non NA releases.
Like I said though thanks for the info on those titles. I'm currently adding titles that are missing and then verifing the ones that are non-existent.
Barbarian and X-files shouldn't be in the list ether.
How many here are collectors?

Your sure missing a lot of games I own for being 95% complete, but I'll take your word for it since mine was just a rough guess based off that.
Any chance you'd want a list of US releases I own that aren't included? I wouldn't mind helping out a bit.

That's it! That's exactly what I meant by "rouge member."
On second thought, maybe it means "renegade penis."

No, that's a ROGUE member; "rouge member" would be a red(ish) penis.

Count me in. I have 336 Xbox titles, I think that's about 2/5 of the way there. I picked up a lot of my titles at the Gamerush blowout last year, and the occasional GS/EB B2G1 free sale, but those seem to be too few and far between lately.
I have nearly all the "Special/Collector's" editions except for Driver Parallel Lines. Right now Outrun 2006 Coast2Coast is giving me the most problems as far as finding in the wild.

I've got somewhere around 450 titles. Things are really drying up compared with how it used to be even a few months ago. I think I've got all the hard to find stuff, but I've got a ways to go still.
My thanks to those who have been working on these lists.

I've noticed this too, especially at the local GS/EBs. Their selection is really getting limited, even all the budget titles $9.99 and under. I doubt they are selling their stock that fast. More likely they are shipping stock from stores that don't sell well to those that do.

I would say that I'm a 'casual collector'. I don't need to have all the titles, just the ones that interest me. And I'm running out of those pretty quickly. I've got well over 200 titles now, and I'm always looking for cheap titles that might be fun. There's an independent game/movie store relatively nearby that has a massive amount of used Xbox games, and I've already got most of the titles that look like fun. I've still got more to go before I give up buying games for the console, though.

Just glancing through Gamedud's list and I must say I'm impressed. Probably the best one I've seen so far. Pretty thorough and cover's many Platinum and Collector's editions too. Hell, it's even got the 1st and 2nd editions of GTA:SA! Didn't care to list those Burger King Xbox/Xbox360 games and was missing a few others like IHRA Drag Racing: Sportsman Edition and WWII Contact: Iwo Jima. But, I'd rather be looking at a list that's incomplete than one that's inaccurate. Nice find Bojay1997!
S1lence, I went through the DP slashbunny list last night and tried to fill in all the titles that were missing and had intended to post it here for you. But I was doing it on notepad and when I was up to the T's, I clicked save so I could watch some election coverage. I had cut and pasted and edited the file so many times without saving that when I clicked save the damn thing crashed out and all my work disappeared! Oh well, I tried. When you get the new updates in, I'll go over it again for you. The amount of editing then should be much smaller and perhaps I won't get so discourage should something go wrong.
I just want to say that I and I'm sure many, many others appreciate the work you are doing for the community updating the Xbox list. It's a tedious and time consuming job and I feel your pain, trust me! If I had any advice at all to give it would be to use Ebay to verify any questionable titles on your list. If you see it for sale there, especially listings not using stock photo's, then you KNOW the game was released. If you don't see it there, you can always post a question here and ask someone if the have a pic of a title to prove it was released on the Xbox. There seems to be plenty of people here collecting for the Xbox and I'm sure we would all be willing to help you in whatever way we can.

I was the one that came up with the initial list here at DP back when I had the internets. Tholly helped too. Then life got in the way and I just now got back on the internet. If you ever have any questions on why something was on the list, I could probably help.
I'd guess you probably have it pretty well under control.
You can count me in as a collector also. I have a little over 200 with variants. Close to that many demo discs also. I'd be willing to help if any were needed.

I think I have it under control....pfft.
Thats for the list you sent me, it helped. Call of Duty 2 Big Red One LE was in there already and I had added Bowling yesterday.
The Kids next door or whatever I added today, I'm currently through the c's. I'm going to make a couple passes a to z just to be safe.

Why don't we get a text list of all NTSC North American games going in this thread? That way we can all easily check against it and make additions without having to sort through many pages.

I think alot of the Limited Editions are on the list, but they didn't transfer over on my cut and paste.
I didn't have a chance to update the database today, but I'll check and verify those lists tomorrow.
Thanks guys.

Also, you probably want to add these. Both are Microsoft discs that are pretty self explanatory. Naturally, they are like Kiosk discs, but more uncommon.
Controller Test Disc
I'm not sure there's an actual disc for that, it's on the dev kits by default and availible for download from the XDS website.
There's a more advanced version for companies who are registered as a peripheral manufacturer, but again i'm pretty sure it's download only. Next time i run across my copy of the disc, i'll upload it.

Animaniacs: The Great Edgar Hunt Ignition Entertainment
Armada 2: Star Command Metro 3D
Barbarian Titus
Dinosaur Hunting Metro 3D, Inc
Fuel DreamCatcher Interactive
Kao the Kangaroo Round 2 Atari
Polar Express, The THQ
Rent A Hero No.1 AIA USA
Richard Burns Rally SCi Entertainment Group
SnoCross 2: Featuring Blair Morgan Crave Entertainment
Slam Tennis Atari
Top Angler: Real Bass Fishing Xicat Interactive
X-Files: Resist or Serve, The Vivendi Universal Games
You want to get all kinds of stupid? Some of these are backwards compatible with the 360. This should give you an idea of how screwed up Microsoft's master list really is.
But i'll confirm all of these titles as unreleased for NTSC/US
Funny you should mention Rent a Hero...

I've never seen the PS2 version, but then I was never looking for it. All the game sites seem to suggest it was released on the PS2. There's a Gamecube edition up on Ebay right now, so that version is confirmed.

They made 'LE' for all three.
I've got a PS2 one. Looks EXACTLY the same as the Cube/XBox ones.
Hell with the PS2 there are like 2 or 3 other insert variants to it. Damn Robotech.

Do you have a separate list for demos? I have quite a few demos that I could double check on.
Also, there are made in Mexico and made in Singapore variants for some games. Cardboard and thin line dvd cases for OXBM demos and pack in variations.
I also remember there is something like four version of Halo. Three different for GOTY edition. Holo, non holo, pack in.

variants on xbox are going to be kind of a bitch. All of the games up until a certain point have a "not for resale" version for MS employees. I don't know how many were made for each title, but it's not a whole lot. My recomendation is to avoid 'em. There are hundreds of them.

By inserts variants do you mean for the normal version of Robotech, or the Robotech LE version?
Also by variants do you mean, the artwork around the case?, or the box?, or the contents that are in the box?(not artwork on case)
What all does the LE version come with? Just in case i find it, and want to buy a complete version.

From what I remember (300 miles from my copy) a T-shirt, Dog Tags, Soundtrack, Postcards and the game. I believe the game is the standard release, don't quote me on that.
I had a question about the Project Gotham Racing 2/XBOX Live Arcade Combo Microsoft. What was included in it? Was it just the case and manual or did it have a slip cover? It just looks so weird to me.

PGR 2/XBLA Combo came in a double disc case. One Disc for each title. Also, each title is advertised on either side of the box like Star Wars/Tetris. Unlike the Forza/XBL pack in that came with both titles on one disc, a manual for Forza, only a small mention of XBLA on the front of the insert and a regular Forza back without UPC of course.
Also, every used copy of PGR 2/XBLA I have ever seen does not include an instruction manual. Only a manual for an Xbox Communicator. I do not know how it came new so I can not confirm that it never had a manual. I can say I have looked through around ten used copies.
Since this can usually be had cheap, it is nice to pick this up for the case. Can be used to separate two discs that came in one case such as TOCAPRD2/CMR04.Or, a replacement for a two disc case.

That's correct, it only came with a Xbox Live instruction manual, I got this new buying a Xbox Live headset and subscription about two years ago now. No PGR2 manual or XBLA manual.

You know I am. Up to 401 Xbox titles. Been a little dry around here lately for good priced Xbox titles. I also have 5 Xbox titles exclusive to PAL format, so I guess 406.

I'm not a collector, just a gamer. Up to about 70 Xbox titles now, I suspect when I reach the point where theres nothing further for the system I want, it will be around 100 titles.
Ok cool, thanks, I can live without the communicator insert, for now... It bugs me when I get the game home and think I am missing something. Like my Marvel vs Capcom 2 that I picked up for $5 I open it up pull the instruction manual out to find it is a single piece of folded paper. Who loses the guts of an instruction manual? :(
And I just recently started collection for the box at 120+ games. I am actually cleaning GS/EB stickers of of cases right now.
What Pal and Japanese exclusives exist? And how close are we getting to a complete list with all variants are we? I compared my collection and didn't notice anything missing, but at 120+ games it doesn't surprise me.
And I all I missed from the Robotech LE was lenticular art and a serial number.

Outlaw Golf: 9 Holes of Xmas
Outlaw Golf: 9 More Holes of Xmas
Outlaw Golf: Holiday Golf
Outlaw Volleyball: Red Hot

Steel Battalion
Steel Battalion: Line of Contact

To the collector's out there, I have a few questions for you:
1. Do you collect both the Limited and Standard editions of games, or just the the Limited?
2. Do you collect variants like Rainbow Six 3 w/ headset and the Standard version without, same with Karaoke Revolution Party with the Microphone?
3. Do you collect Platinum Hits versions of the same game?
4. Do you collect "Not For Resales" pack ins like Halo, Tetris/Star Wars, etc?
Just looking for some advice. Most of the time I do not do any of the above, but I am re-thinking my collection for the XBOX.

Yes to all above. It allows me to still be able to add games to my collection and not really have to spend a lot of money on a rarer game on my need list. Currently, my collection consists of 401 unique titles, but that does not included the varients I have like limited/Reg. Edition of games, ect. Not a big fan of the Platinum Hits, but if the price is right, I will still pick it up.

Boy, that's an old pic! I would guess I was somewhere around 700-ish Xbox games then because I hadn't picked up many sports games yet.
In another thread, Spartacus indicated that there were "873 unique NTSC games". Does anyone else have any input as whether this is the correct number?
It seems to me that S1lence has a pretty good handle on the complete Xbox list now. If there's a perk to all the work he's doing on it, then I guess it would be that he will determine the "Official" number of NTSC Xbox games. But you can come up with your own figure this way...
You would have 870 unique titles IF you counted all of these...
Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack - not really a game and Halo 2 is required.
These stand alone mini-games........
Outlaw Golf Holiday Golf
Outlaw Golf: 9 Holes of X-Mas
Outlaw Golf: 9 More Holes of X-Mas
Outlaw Volleyball: Red Hot
Both the online and off-line versions of these...
Tetris Worlds/Tetris Worlds Online
Sega GT 2002/Sega GT Online
And these bundle packs...
Outlaw Golf/SeaBlade
ToCA Race Driver 2/Colin McRae Rally 04
And these double and triple packs...
Grand Theft Auto Triple Pack
Grand Theft Auto Double Pack
Halo Triple Pack
All of the above had their own unique UPC codes, by the way. Then you would be at 870 unique titles.
If you include all of the Limited Editions, each with their own unique UPC codes, then you would be at 890 unique titles.
ie;
Call of Duty 2: Big Red One Collectors Edition
Doom 3 Limited Collectors Edition
Driver: Parallel Lines Limited Edition
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition
Fable with Limited Edition Bonus DVD
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter Limited Special Edition
Godfather Limited Edition
Halo 2 Limited Collectors Edition
Jade Empire Limited Edition
Marc Ecko's Getting Up Limited Edition
MechAssualt 2: Lone Wolf Limited Edition
Mortal Kombat: Deception: Baraka Kollector's Edition
Mortal Kombat: Deception Mileena Kollector's Edition
Mortal Kombat: Deception Raiden Kollector's Edition
Mortal Kombat: Deception Scorpion Kollector's Edition
Nascar 07 Limited Edition
Need for Speed: Most Wanted Black Edition
Robotech: Battlecry Collectors Edition
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Limited Collectors Edition
True Crime: New York City Collector's Edition
If you include games that were ALSO sold seperately bundled with hardware, each with their own unique UPC codes, then you would be at 898 unique titles.
ie;
Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix (with mat)
Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 2 (with mat)
Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 3 (with mat)
Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix 4 (with mat)
Karaoke Revolution (with mic)
Karaoke Revolution Party (with mic)
Pump It Up: Exceed (with mat)
Rainbow Six 3 (with headset)
If you include games and bundles that were Platinum Hits exclusive, each with their own unique UPC codes, then you would be at 905 unique titles.
ie;
Crash Super Pack -Wrath Cortex & Nitro Kart
Fable: Lost Chapters
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix
Shrek 2 and Shark Tale 2-in-1 Pack
Sonic Heroes and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe
Sonic Mega Collection Plus and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe
Tom Clancy's Classic Trilogy
If you counted Not For Resale games with their own unique UPC codes, then you would have 906 unique titles.
ie;
Halo: Combat Evolved
If you counted Not For Resale games without a UPC code, then you would have 911 unique titles.
ie;
Sega GT 2002 & JSRF: Jet Set Radio Future (2002)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars & Tetris Worlds (2003)
NCAA Football 2005/Top Spin (2004)
Project Gotham Racing 2/Xbox Arcade
Forza Motorsport/Xbox Arcade
If you counted other games that did not have a UPC code, then you would be at 915 unique titles.
ie:
Big Bumpin' (Burger King-Xbox/Xbox360)
Pocketbike Racer (Burger-King Xbox/Xbox360)
Sneak King (Burger King-Xbox/Xbox360)
Drive for Life (Volvo)
Did I miss any?

Right now I'm leaning pretty strongly towards not picking up the bundle versions of the DDR's and Karaoke Revolution's. That would put my personal goal at 909 Xbox games. I'm 16 short of that now.
But I've also been picking up some Japanese Xbox games along the way. My goal is to get all the shooters from over there, which is pretty much some Shikigami no Shiro games and Psyvariar 2. Someone on Yahoo Japan was selling several new Metal Wolf Chaos and I won a copy for $50. There's a Dinosaur Hunting game I'd also like to find. An uncensored version of Leisure Suit Larry from our PAL friends interests me also.
