Good Price for Saturn & Games

I was thinking about picking this up. The games dont come with the case or manuals. What do you guy think. He dropped his price to 90 bucks.

1 Seag Saturn System (Good Condition - Adult owned - Smoke Free)
3 Controllers (Two Sega Brand, One 3rd party w/ SLOW-MO button)
2 Light Guns (One hard-to-find Sega brand gun, and a blue 3rd party one)
22 Great Games (List below)
2 Demo Discs
ALL the needed cables
Carrying CD holder for games
Plus a new extra battery (to keep memory on system)
ALL GAMES excellent to good condition unless mentioned otherwise*

Games for Light Guns:
1. Area 51 (Thats right the arcade classic in your living room)
2. Virtua Cop (What a cool game)
3. Virtua Cop 2 (Has some minor scratches, but works)

Other Games:

6. Sonic Jam (This game has the Genesis SONIC 1 - 2- and 3 on it plus the Knuckles upgrade, talk about a awesome disc to own) This is basicly 4 games in one!!

since the games don't have cases or manuals, it drops the value of the lot a good amount, but there are some great games in there and I'd say $90 is a fair price.

I personally would not pay this much for the console + games. I'd counter offer $75.

Do the light guns add any value to the lot... I dont know prices on those or rarity. Cant find any on ebay. Ima try to get it for 80. The case thing really bothers me though. errrr

also what do you think the resale value of the games would be without case..
