Using Turbo Setting

Hi, I just joined onto this forum. I have a Sega Genesis with one of those 6 button controllers with the turbo setting. I was wonder if it is possible to use that turbo setting on my computer. I loved that setting for games like Desert Strike for the rapid fire. Any insight into how I can use that on a emulator, I have Kega Fusion.

I'm noet sure about Kega Fusion but most emulators have a turbo function that you just turn on. Ohh and welcome to the site.
