Dragon Quest Swords (Wii)

Has anyone tried this out yet? I am debating on buying it since I just got 2 new 360 games to play and keep me busy for awhile, and with Brawl's nearing release I am debating if I should even bother right now with swords. The videos make it look like an enjoyable RPG, like a Final fantasy mystiq quest of 2008. I am not too concerned about length, I wouldrather be able to finish it than never finish it, but I am looking for peoples impressions before I go drop the $50 on it.

I can't be of any help to you...but I am in the same predicament. I believe the reason DQ was pushed up a week is to get farther away from Brawl so that people would have more time to buy/play/beat it before the Brawl release. Unfortunately, I still think it is too close to the relase of Brawl and for that reason I haven't picked it up either. I've been anxious to play this game cuz it does look entertaining...and imo the Wii market has been for overloaded with mini-game compilations and pet/animal games that I am definitely looking forward to trying out something new/differnt and honestly a bit cooler.

My friend who works at a local mom and pop gamestore was playing this when I went to visit him at work. It looked promising. I might go pick it up today when I go for my TV.
