PS3 Eye, can anyone with one confirm something?

Just purchased the Eye, and all in all it is pretty darn cool. One thing tho. The red light is supposed to come on when the camera is in use (or so it is saying in a few web reviews), but it does not seem to be coming on for me in EyeCreate or any of the Eye based games I have downloaded. The light DOES work however, as it does come on only when I select the camera in the accessory settings. Is it only me?

Well, the light does come on in the chat software, and in the accessory test, so I am assuming it is just the other software. Anyway, great device! Now only if I had some friends with PS3's and Eye's to talk to...haha! Makes for an excellent in-game microphone too! I opted for the camera without the game, and at $39.99 it really is a nice price.
