I tested the thing and it works. I only used it a bit, and it's got a teensy bit of cosmetic damage (some impact shattering on the case due to it being tossed around in the booth I bought this at). The front looks okay, but the most noticeable damage is just on top of the battery. The rest looks fine, but there's still a few other impacts around. The case is NOT broken, it's just shattered.

I'd like $107 shipped Priority Mail within the US of A for it, BUT I WILL ACCEPT FAIR OFFERS.

Mexican Club Nintendo magazines: I have about 27 or so, I don't want them... so I'll let them go for $25 shipped within the US. They all fit in a flat rate box, so yeah. Someone wanted them but he never got back to me. His loss is your gain! The magazines included are:

Year 1, #13 + Year 2, #2 + #4 (three reprinted early issues)
Club Nintendo Special: Art (contains an art gallery of several Nintendo, Capcom and SNK home and arcade games)
Club Nintendo Special: Pokemon (contains a lot of info up until the point the issue was published)

Regular issues - Year 6 (1997)

It allows the play of USA, JPN, and EUR games on a USA Saturn. (probably works on the other regions as well but by the time ST-Keys were becoming popular I'd moved into doing hardmods so I never tested that LOL) I did like the ST-Key WAY more than the PAR 4-in-1 however, lots less BS.

can you post a picture of the damage to it?, and this version of it doesn't do the par codes just the save stating right?

Yeah, it's just save states. This one was made by Bung.

As for the pictures, I'll have some up later tonight, I'm taking pics for my eBay and Game Gavel stuff right now. :)

How does that Game Action Replay work? How do you get the state of your game off of the Nintendo and onto that cartridge? How reliable is it?

You don't, you just stick a nintendo cart onto it and then you stick the cart into the NES toaster. When you're playing you press Select + B to save, and Select + A to load... I think.

This cart won't fit in a redesigned NES 2 system, though.

Now, the battery still works, but the program itself is stored on that battery, so once it dies, the cart won't work anymore.

so to extend the life you can do what they do to change suicide batteries on arcade PCBs and use a helper battery.

How can this be done and how to go about to do it?

I always want this as a youth… but could not find it. Then in current days with the internet, I hear that that when the battery die it suicides. I scare to buy it now but if there is way to preserve it, then I have heavy interest…

This guy will fix dead game action replays (I imagine that once the battery is replaced, it will work fine for years), haven't heard about the helper battery solution though.
