Wow. Phew. *crunch*

For some time now, I've wanted to sit down and redesign the Super Fighter Team website. Not tweak it - more like detonate a bomb inside it and start over from the ground up. After all, the original design was thrown together in my hotel room in Burlingame, California, the night before the 2005 Classic Gaming Expo. It was supposed to be a temporary placeholder design, but in the following months as things picked up and became more hectic, there just wasn't proper time to even think about rewriting the HTML. Even so, the thought was always in the back of my mind, and when Super Fighter Team acquired OlderGames last December, that thought came hurtling back to the forefront.

Then, on the afternoon of February 6th, 2008, inspiration suddenly struck, and within several hours I found that somehow, even with my admittedly mediocre knowledge of HTML, I had keyed in the basic framework of what would later become my most impressive website design to date.

Enter February 24th, and hear my exciting cry of:
"It's finished, it's tested, it's, it's... IT'S ALIVE!!!"

Well, it's about damn time. After several weeks of hard work powered by Vault soda and the ever-hip music of the Beatles, I am proud to finally present:

*** Super Fighter Team website v2 (http://www.superfighter.com/) ***
100% hand coded using DOS edit. Dig it, yo!

Your feedback is welcome. Extra special thanks to all of our customers and fans, who give me a reason to proudly continue my support of great classic videogames. Never let dreams die!

Worked for me, and did I read that you are working on a Duke Nukem game?

No, you didn't. Or, at least I hope you didn't, because we aren't. You may have been confused by this quote from the Zaku website (www.zaku-lynx.com):

"Zaku is being produced by Super Fighter Team with a currently unscheduled release (although we are assuming prior to "Duke Nukem Forever"). Additional information will be listed once development closes."

If so, that's just a bit of an in-joke about how the PC game Duke Nukem Forever has allegedly been in development since, if I remember right, 1997. :(
