Complete List of Guncon 2 Games for the PS2

I've been gradually buying up Guncom 2 compatible games for the PS2 after I managed to secure 2 loose Guncon 2s last year. To date I've managed to pickup the following:

Time Crisis II
Time Crisis 3
Timis Crisis: Crisis Zone
Endgame

and I also plan on picking up...

Dino Stalker
Ninja Assault
Resident Evil: Dead Aim
Vampire Night

how many more games are there?

also, I noticed a few non-Guncon 2 compatible "gun" games such as...

NRA Gun Club (not sure if this counts)
Silent Scope
Silent Scope 2: Dark Silhouette
Silent Scope 3

are there any others of these as well?

Ninja Assault is a Namco Guncon 2 compatible game. Dino Stalker is also compatible, along with Starsky & Hutch (only in coop mode). Those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. Also, those other games you listed don't work with any guns as far as I know. NRA Gun Club is a joke, it's target practice using an analog stick.

There's also Gunfighter II: The Revenge of Jesse James (http://www.mobygames.com/game/ps2/gunfighter-ii-revenge-of-jesse-james). We got part one on the PS1 (I own it and love it, it's so corny it's fun!) but the sequel didn't get released in the USA. Only Europe got that one.

Cool thanks. I added those 2 to my list. As for the other games I mentioned, namely the Silent Scope games, I meant games using targeting reticules, not FPS or TPS, but NOT guns, only the analog sticks.

I don't think NRA Gun Club fits that bill, not because it sucks, but because from what I've seen, it looks more like a FPS.

off topic: Great news!!! I didn't know there was a Gunfighter II. The first title is (one of) the best lightgun game for the PS1, and it's my favorite, even considering the Time Crisis serie.

I guess we need to distinguish between US releases and JPN and EUR releases as I don't believe the VC games were released in the US.

If you have a way to play imports, look for the Gunvari collection. All 3 Point Blank games along with Time Crisis. Only way I know of to play Point Blank on a guncon 2.

this is probably a long shot, but would I be able to play a guncon 2 ps2 game on the ps3 using the guncon 3??? I ask because I have an LCD HDTV that can't be used with the guncon 2.

Sadly, no. GunCon 3 is not backwards compatible with the PS2 Time Crisis games....

I know there were guns for the PS2 that were designed to work with HDTV's. I think it worked the same as the time Crisis Gun for the PS3. I went to buy one when I collected all the Guncon2 games. I fear they might be tough to find nowadays though.

Has anyone here actually played Virtua Cop Rebirth/Elite Edition? I have always been tempted to play this and I figure with target having the PS2 slims at $99, I could go for the system, the swap magic 3 deal and either edition of the game (Elite is PAL and Rebirth is Japanese, right?)
