Katamari Damacy (PS2) on a PS3

Anyone else play this on their ps3? I put it in the other day and have logged a few hours, but it just seems like the control isn't quite right. Almost as if the thumbsticks don't tilt far enough. Seems to be most notable when trying to make a quick turn... it just isn't as fast.

Anyone else notice this, or am I crazy? Oh, and I guess it is on We Love Katamari, I haven't tried the original.

Yeah, I was going to ask, "Has this been announced for PS3?" Then, I noticed that you didn't mean Beautiful Katamari.

I had no problems, although I never played it on the PS2 for comparison.
