Is there any Racing Games like GT4 on the Gamecube like with

The Gamecube didn't really get any Gran Turismo-style racers - the closest thing I can think of is R: Racing Evolution. There's a few street racers and arcade-style games, though.

Here's what I'd recommend checking out:

-4x4 Evo 2 - I've considered the 4x4 Evo series to be the Gran Turismo of truck/SUV racing. There are a lot of trucks and SUVs to choose from, there's a lot of huge courses to race on, and there are a lot of tournaments to participate in. They're open ended too, so you can just play around in them if you get bored racing. There's also a mission mode which generally consists of driving around a certain area looking for a certain item or location. Unfortunately, you can only keep a limit of four trucks in your garage at any given time.
-Burnout 1 and 2 - If you can only get one, go with the sequel.
-Dakar 2: The World's Ultimate Rally
-Extreme-G 3 and XGRA
-F-Zero GX
-Mario Kart (obviously)
-NASCAR: Dirt To Daytona - The best NASCAR game on the Gamecube
-Any Need for Speed game (except Hot Pursuit 2, stick to the PS2 version)
-R: Racing Evolution (try to get a copy that includes Pac-Man vs. if you don't have it)
-Street Racing Syndicate - Not quite up there with Need For Speed and already showing its age, but if you like street racing stuff, it's worth a try.
-Wave Race: Blue Storm
