N64 Rogue Squaron Box

Are there two different versions of this box? While searching Ebay I found a picture of a completely different box than I had ever seen before:

I'm 99% sure that was never released in the US at least. it's likely a mockup, or a pirate

I like that cover, but its probably PAL or japanese version OR

ARRRRGGG the pirates are at it again.

It's not the PAL one, looks like a mock-up or something.
