I'm wrapping up my July 2003 column for Tips & Tricks (on shelves sometime in mid June) and can't decide who to use for the next Room of Doom feature.

It looks like you have your controllers stored in some kind of Christmas-Tree looking arrangement. How exactly do you have them stored? Are they on some sort of rack, or what? I've been trying to figure out a good controller storage solution since I got my first VCS (1978, maybe?), and haven't found any satisfactory solutions yet. Your idea looks pretty cool and I'd like to try it out and see if it fits me.

LOL its a mess I was looking for some controllers that were burried. I got a peg board for those controllers. Stores use them such as Cvs and shoprite.

I've been messing around with a lot of diferent systems lately..so it's a mess..
When I organize it it looks nice..
I had the problem of allways having to go in a drawer or box for a controller..
I hated that..
The peg board goes all the way back behind the TV..it was taller but looked crazy because it topled the TV's..So I had to cut it down..
I found this board behind a CVS..and the pegs were near it..
I then found some 10 inch pegs..that were longer thenthe short ones I found..They hold more controllers...
I need to organize it this week..But it does the job..
I have a clear plastic drawer set in that corner..too..I keep the Spare/spare controllers in that..

Actually, today has been a day of near-constant changes in there - I'm under orders to get the stuff that I had scattered around the rest of the house during the remodeling back into the room, so some of the showier stuff (the shelves o' toys on top of the Dig Dug / Kickman marquees) has had to make room for...shall we say...more functional storage. :D :/

I can nominate my "Wall and a Half of Doom".

While its not a whole lot, i figure for collecting for 2 and a half years and have a very limited income, 22 systems and over 400 games ins't bad right.

If I ever actually clean my room and build the sehelves for all my promotional stuff, then it might become a right proper room of doom, but until then.
