Right now I'm looking into some of Working Designs' strategy guides, mainly the Lunar ones for the ps1. I was wondering if you guys knew which of their guides were hardbound? I know Lunar 2 is hardbound, and I think the Arc the Lad guide was as well. Were those the only hardbound guides they produced or were there more? Is there anything else I should know if I start trying to collect these guides, besides having to pay a lot.

Lunar 1 is paperback; Lunar 2 is hardbound. And if you keep looking on Ebay, you'll find one for the right price. I got both on two different auctions for about $20.

Vanguard Bandits is a hardcover also. Alundra is softback.

There was one other hardbound guide for Vanguard Bandits.
WD had for the PS1 five guides:
Hardcover:
Arc the Lad I and II
Lunar 2
Vanguard Bandits
Paperback:
Alundra
Lunar
I don't know for the other systems. There was for the Sega CD the first Lunar guide (paperback) that I know of.

Sandwich Islands published the guides for Lunar 1 and 2 and Popful Mail on the Sega CD, not WD

Thanks, of course you are right. I mixed it up because the Lunar guide has the same author for both systems.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know who published the ps1 guides. Most of the pictures of them didn't have any of that info on them.
