Instead of just a regular bump, here's a funny story.

I always enjoyed (and was pretty good) at the arcade version of 10 Yard Fight. I saw the game on the NES and thought it was a pretty good port, so I picked it up. Then one time I saw it at a garage sale (back before I carried my lists with me on my phone) and I was like, "hey, I always wanted that game!" So I bought it ... again. Then when I got home I realized I already had it and was like, "d'oh!" Remind myself not to buy that game again! So one day I'm out shopping and I run across 10 Yard Fight and I remember "something" about it but I can't remember if I told myself to BUY it or to NOT BUY it. Then I decided better be safe than sorry so I bought it and lo and behold I found the other two copies so I put them all together. Then last year I bought a couple of lots from DP members and (of course) they both had 10 Yard Fight. I gave one away, but that's why I still have 4 copies. It's a fun game, but not worth owning 4 copies of.

Another random factoid. My copy of World Games came from an old Mexican guy at the flea market who also happened to be a "little person." The game was sitting in the bottom of a plastic tub in a bunch of dirt. I took it home and cleaned it up and it worked great. Then when I went to file it away I discovered I already owned it. I wasn't really mad that I had two copies but I was mad that I spent all that time cleaning it.

Random bumping fact:

I recently moved all my NES carts to new shelves, except for the Star Wars games. All of my Star Wars games, regardless of system, all sit on a different shelf. I have all the 2600, NES, SNES, and N64 Star Wars games now (I think), and many of the other disc-based console and PC games as well. On that same shelf is my Atari 2600 flash cart which currently has Ewok Adventures on it.
