XYXZYZ i could use your help on this

am making a paper model on my own am just about finish about 88% just a few minor problems i was hoping you could help on this and here are my problems

the sides i don't know how make them right all i have so far are rectangular shapes

and the top side can't seem to get it right

i have it in corel draw 12 i do hope you have it or maybe someone else could help me out on this i do appreciate any help given on this
