I'm looking for a winter game - mostly skiing or snow boarding but can have other events - that is sort of peaceful as you go down the mountain. Not loud with obnoxious music or having to deal with doing tricks in the air. I know this probably sounds boring to a lot of you but I'm just looking for a serious downhill game without the attitude. Does that make any sense?

The Amped series is probably your best bet.

Sled Storm...although you might find some of the music loud and obnoxious.

Skiing for the 2600 would be one I suggest.

I suddenly thought of D2 for the Dreamcast, since it's set in Canada in the snow. But having your female character molested by an old man with tentacles coming out of his pants probably isn't what you'd consider serene.

Well, inbetween vagina monster fights and shooting rabbits it's very quiet and nature and stuff.
