AtariAge is reporting the release of an Atari 2600 emulator for the GP32.

Has anyone tried it? I've always been thinking about getting a GP32... this makes me really want one.

I've been playing with it all day! It's awesome.
I'm working on a compatibility list like the bleemcast one. I'll post it here when I get a bit farther. One out of every 8 or so games works well, but that's still a pretty good deal when you've got over 500 games in the library!

Where can I get/get info on a GP32? To tell you the truth I am not familiar with the unit at all!

It's good stuff... still a few bugs and the odd graphical glitch but decent selection emulated so far :)

UPDATE.
1. I'm working on a compatibility list - have tested every single known Atari 2600 ROM with Fabrizio's software and noting 1) very good, 2) runs but with issues, 3) unplayable, 4) crashes software. I'm on the letter "N".
2. Fabrizio has agreed to allow Digital Press to host his emulator as well, so you'll find them at our emulation "sister" site www.videogamearchive.com or more directly, right here: http://www.videogamearchive.com/emu/a26.htm
3. As soon as I'm done with the compatibility list I'll post it online with a special page for beginners - where to get a GP32, how to get set up with the PC link, and how to get the emulator on your handheld. I've already started this but I'd rather publish it when it's complete.
@Zektor: check here: http://www.gbax.com/
That is all.

I've completed the compatibility list up to the letter "S". It's slow moving but it's moving! Hardly forgotten, just wanted to throw an update out here.
What ever happened to this? Joe, could you post your partial list and I could take it from there? Just a thought, since I would like to see this done.
