FCE ultra sound problems

For some reason, the sound on this emulator is running slow. I've been trying to figure this out for the past 2 days but I'm stumped. Anyone got any ideas?

I'm using the latest build, by the way.

Kev, you're running Windows ME/2000/?. I can't remember. That just MAY be the problem.
