No way in Hell is this legit.
Here's the link.
Persona Nuttiness (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&dfsp=32&from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=Persona+Revelations&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=49544&sabfmts=1&saobfmts=insif&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=32&fsoo=2)
What do you think? Is this guy/girl a bootlegger? Or is he/she crazy enough to actually own 14 copies of this game? Are YOU that crazy person, and can you answer my questions!?

So glad I sold mine a while ago...I knew something crazy like this would happen. I think I sold it sometime around June or July of last year (not long after Persona 3 was announced)...got about $125 out of it.

I once had six copies of Persona 2 for sale at the same time.
These things happen. ;)

No no no, it gets WAY weirder. The guy is listing 14 copies each of tons and tons of rare games. He has 86 feedback before this and now he has SEVEN THOUSAND items up for sale. This is a scam on a massive scale and a whole lot of people are going to get burned if Ebay doesn't step in.

This is one of the telltale signs:

Supposedly a rare promo giveaway according to his info and the article appended to the auction -- so how the heck did you end up with 14 of them!?
It's possible that there was a glitch when listing these, or he was overzealous in posting his auctions...but 14 items? Of everything? Seems rather fishy.

Perhaps a glitch .. but you would think that they would have noticed by now .. just one log in to see that you have 7000 games listed instead of 500 should tip you off, you would have thought.
See also the 27 copies of Chrono Trigger, but with only two different photos between the whole lot.
I'd still say it's possible that it's a glitch - divide the total auctions by 14 and you get 500 which is a much more reasonable number of items to expect in a decent sized personal collection - and the photos do all appear to have been taken in the same place, which suggests that they may actually have all the items, just not necessarily 14 copies of each ...

Problem solved: I actually talked to the person.
And I quote:
"No, just one copy of each and every item that I have listed there was a problem with my host Auctiva and Ebay so I'm waiting for them to fix the problem. That said I have waited to post this reply for almost 24 hours now as they have not fixed it yet. My only recourse is to eventually pull all my auctions and repost them later as ebay did tell me that they are in violation of their spamming rule as it pertains to brand names like NES and SNES and Sony playstation which I have on all my listings. I will relist my collection at a later date hopefully within a month. Please try to understand this was not my intention and do not bid on any more of my auctions. If you would like to be notified when I relist my collection please send me an email and title it accordingly. Now I will probably have an uphill battle with Ebay regarding listing fee credits. Regards Kyle Dixon. P.S. I'll Get the International Calculator for Priority Mail Next Time."
So there we go.
Ye can probably lock this up, guys....

Wow, sucks for that guy. He has a nice collection, good to see he wasn't trying to pull off a huge scam.

Chalk this one up as another ebay screw up.

I'm guessing more likely an Auctiva screw-up ... or even the guy tried to post the auctions with Auctiva, didn't see them come up on ebay, clicked the button again a few times - something like that. Auctiva can be a bit slow sometimes - I can easily see someone who's not used to it doing something like that.

The dude is now struggling to get the paypal fees back. Assuming how many auctions the glitch amassed i wished him good luck already

Yeah, it sucks to be him right now. But he'll get it all worked out.

Funny, I just ran into the auctions a few moments ago and was coming here to ask if anyone could speak for the guy. I figured I could get something I needed from him at a decent price. Started to get a bit nervous when I noticed a dozen copies of everything; Valkyrie Profile, Chrono Trigger, P2...
