Making my first post... :-)

I recently got my hands on some old Playstation magazines from 1997-1998. In one magazine there was a article about games presented in E3 in 1997. According to the article Eidos Interactive was publishing a shoot'em up called Lunatik. The game was developed by Pure.

As a shmup fan I naturally googled the game but I couldn't find any specific info. For example IGN has listed only game's release dates.

Does anyone know anything about this? Was it really published? I found a small presskit from finnish Mikrobitti -magazine's download section with 17 screenshots and a short press info which stated that the game was being released for Saturn as well. I will add the press info and screenshots to my site at http://www.kilpelainen.info later today.

As a Playstation and Saturn collector I'm really interested in learning more about this game, so please let me know if you know anything about what happened to this game.

Bumping an old thread.

I received a message from one of the game's developers. He confirmed that the game was not released on Playstation or Saturn.

Check http://www.kilpelainen.info/ for the whole message.

I am quite interested in this as well, ESPECIALLY if it was released on the Saturn!

The screenshots kind of remind me of Nanostray on the DS. Gotta love that shooter. Now all I need is to find a store around here that sells Nanostray 2! God knows my local Gamestop doesn't.

Check other GameStops; mine carries it as do the other 4 in the area.
