“The new design will deliver a hugely improved navigation system, much greater scope for categorisation and a dynamic new user interface,” said the company in a statement.

There will now be no content updates for the Store until it relaunches.

No mention was made of a US Store relaunch in the press release, which you can read after the link.

Sucks that no USA revamp is being made but also double suck for Euro peeps who have to go through a few weeks of no new content until it launches.

We barely get any worth-while content anyway, so I doubt a few weeks will make a huge difference. Besides which, we can always use the US and Japanese store for demos and things.

No new content for the US PSN store till re-launch?

Or, are they talking about the Euro PSN store?

Lets hope they start adding content on a daily basis.

I'm kind of over this 'every Thursday' crap....

They can revamp the store as much as they want, but it won't matter if the updates continue to suck.

Word. I get the emails and not once have I ever been excited at something contained therein. It seems like it's always add-ons for mediocre games (or games I care nothing about) or trailers, which usually aren't worth the time it takes to download them.

Oh good, another 20 minute system update. We've only had 8 since launch.
