Hey guys,
I'm trying to make my gaming "office" look incredible. what i want to do is have the TV in the middle, and 2 pieces of furniture on each side housing about 8-10 consoles. (5 or so on each side).
I'd almost like them to be like cabinets... So i can have all my systems hooked up at once, but also keep them behind closed cabinet doors and out of site. can anyone recommend some nice shelving or cabinets?
thanks for your time!

id recommend taking a trip to Ikea if there is one around you, youd probably find something suitable there and for a good price too. Other than that, I'd just go to a furniture store and see if you can find anything.

Each of my 12 (& counting) consoles are housed in full view on a slanting shelving rack without the wires which are put away into the drawer in seperate labelled plastic bags. Everything is kept very neat, how it should be.
Having wires all over your room isn't a good look. My games are housed in a CD/DVD mohogany storage unit with doors which holds upto 1000 items, My 32" TV sits in a PC hideaway TV cabinet with large doors which draws the gamer into the game more. I also have blackout curtains, dim lighting,TRI-GA600 - AX360 Audio Xtreme headphones etc for atmosphere. Definately have all your consoles out on show, but put away the wires cos it looks shit.

I just bought two of these things from Walmart (though I loathe that company so). You can take the top off them and stack a couple together. They fit the system and all controllers of any console. $20 each

I am looking at designing something similar to what you are looking for.
It'll have room for a 42" LCD tv in the middle and be kind of a tower on each side.
Each tower will allow you to slide out and rotate it and route the cables neatly.

Earlier I had kind of a home stereo rack with a glass door for all my consoles, that worked out pretty good.
Now I've got this one from IKEA. You can fit lots of stuff inside it!

This is what it looks like inside (not my pic)

Dont think its gonna fit 8-10 consoles but... You can probably fit around 7 inside and then you can put 3 on top.

That's great!
The Sun is the worst for a white Saturn and a Dreamcast.
NES and SNES too, for those who like...
