Anyone seen this yet? My friend has the pdf catalog. You have to sign up at www.premiercollect.com and then you can view the catalog I think. I'm not signing up 'cus I think the whole thing is ridiculous. Brian's Toys = AFA and whatever the videogame grading company is. You can't grade collectibles fairly and sell them. Has anyone here stepped up to say they are involved with AFA's video game grading? Anyway there's tons of sealed NES games all graded. Interested in other peoples opinions about this. Not really video games being graded in general but this specific auction and what qualifications AFA's video game grading service has.

Fuckin' A. Brian's Toys has been selling overpriced toys for ages, so now he/they/it/whatever are getting into video games, too?

This is ass.

They have a sealed Atari 2600 Raiders Of The Lost Ark with an estimate of $100-$200. I'm really curious if AFA's toy graders have tried to school themselves in game grading/authentication or if they hired someone from the video game collecting community like that douche who sold tons of resealed games on Ebay and is now the "expert" on sealed games.

Brian's Toys Nintendo page (http://www.brianstoys.com/store/category.aspx?categoryID=3714). $1500 for a sealed and graded Gumshoe?!?!?!? And it only graded as an 85, but not in stock. How many of you Metroid fans fancy popping $1200 on a 90 grade sealed NES Metroid?

EDIT: Ok then everyone, time to place your bets. What do you reckon they'll try to charge for a VGA 90 grade Japanese AES Metal Slug? $5k? $10k? What about some of the rarer more expensive NES games or sealed SNES RPGs like Chronotrigger or Secret of Mana?

That's capitalism at its worst. I buy games to play them, not trade or invest in them like they are stocks. This company sucks.
