*ahem*

Yeah, so, has anyone else seen that "Easter Bunny's Big Day" game for the PSX? The hell?

On the plus side, I see that Natsume has given us Art Dink's Turnabout. I'm lookin' forward to playing that one.

Uh. Yeah, that's about it I guess. Oh, and Joe, awesome column in the new T&T! Saves me from having to actually play Street Racquetball. :-D

I haven't seen Easter Bunny yet. Actually I had always been told that it doesn't exist. :P

You MUST get Turnabout though. It's a fantastic puzzle game, and I'm not usually a fan of puzzle games. And The Three Stooges, too. You NEED that.

That's nutz.@_@ I can't belieave someone would make an Easter Bunny game for psx. I mean come on, who would go out and buy and Easter bunny video game when they could celabrate easter with an egg hunt. That would be better then playing this game.

Plus, to give you an idea of how wacky I am, I'm going to play Easter Bunny's Big Day on Halloween AND Christmas too.

I'm just hoping that the planets are properly aligned on those days, otherwise, who KNOWS what might happen! :)

Damn, just when I think my list was accurate for PSX :-).

Where did they release this game? I see 2 copies on the bay, but even mysimon doesn't pick it up, and none of my usual sources for checking releases (gamerankings, eb, software etc., amazon, best buy) carry the game.

Has that Dirt game listed on their site been released yet?

You laugh now, but you can see it coming:

Easter Bunny PSX $500/9

Baed on the popular holiday, you control the Easter Bunny! Santulli Slant: Wow, what a great game! It's a shame so few have ever played this one! I remember kicking some ass at the CGE in 2K3 in this one! (G:9 S:0 G:10 O:10)

The only actual retail store I have seen this game at so far is Fry's out here in Los Angeles. They had four copies at $10 each last week. I was tempted, but the game looked so bad (looks like an edutainment title to me), I passed.

i saw a whole slew of budget titles today that i never knew existed, such as smurf racing! glad to see new things turning up so cheaply.

kevin- if you're looking for cheap PSX games go check out the RECORD TOWN in copley place.

Thanks, Chris, I'll check it out - I'm stopping by the EBX tomorrow to go hunting for PSX and it's right next door.

You know the Gamestop in the Pru? They seem to have a policy of "break the left side of the jewel case on all used games." Honestly, every single case (psx or dc) in the store is broken in the same wierd way - I can't buy anything there cuz I want my game in better condition than that. Wierd.

check the sales bins in the middle of the store floor, not their way overpriced new and used games.

Smurf Racing is a few years old now, but had the notorious distinction of making our "50 Awful Games" list in DP #50. You bet it sucks! :)

For those who missed it, I said that I got two copies of it at TRU (buy one, get one free), and said it was possibly the worst game ever and asked if it was rare. DP responded, "Unfortunately, it's not rare - so if you bought it for that reason you're SOL. Ever since Dave's initial post I'm seeing it EVERYWHERE. You'd think it would have been everywhere BEFORE Easter, but there you have it."

Just to give this thing an update.

Oh well, better safe then sorry. Since nobody can conclusivly say which 'late' releases are for-certain limited run games, I'm just buying every new one I see. Funny stuff... everyone who comes over here thinks I have the worst taste in PSX games since I hardly bought any when the system was still active (only ones I got excited over were Point Blank games), and now they see all the budget-level titles.
