I swear, if I find any fraction of PSO I/II in this game, I'll crack the disc in half. Not sure about using a card based system though... :/
"...combat using a turn-based Card system."
Uhh...
Does anyone know anything else about this game? How do they expect you to have any fun when it's TURN BASED? Wouldn't you spend lots of time waiting for others to make their move if you are playing online?
Personally, I don't think that this will be as fun as the first two games. I can't imagine playing cards every time an enemy appears. And wouldn't this make the game play slower and more linear?
Yeah, and if I have to play through the levels from first two games in order to level up from level one again, I'll crack.
By the way, isn't this the game that Sega had on display at E3 or something, and someone stole the character models that Sega was using to make this game?

If it's online and doesn't require an online fee,it's worth every penny :D but if it rather turns out,you have to pay a fee it's not worth it at all. >:(

I'm sorry, I love PSO, but this is just wrong. I don't want a damn card game, just give me some new worlds to hack and slash through.

What is it with game companies making video games based around the ability to use cards as powers? If the CCG thing isn't enough, now let's make a game that revolves invoking powers from cards in another game. I wonder if these electronic cards are going to be collectable? What other pop thing are they going to encorporate, cell shading and a hip hop soundtrack with the artist's title/name/record flashed in the lower left of the screen while the characters scarf up some popular trendy soft drink?

Amen to both.
But I love the Phantasy Star series so I will try it out.

I'll probably try it out as well. I liked the PSO although PSOII seems a bit short and easy until you get the Ultimate. It'd be nice if Sega didn't ramp the difficulity up at the last level and leave the first 3 levels easy.
