my MD duke nukem 3D is a tec toy cart, and my master gear converter hails from brazil as well. i had some sms and game gear carts, but i traded them for some other stuff a while ago...

I have about 15 SMS games, nothing as interesting as above. I also have both the Master System Girl and the black one just like it.

Interestingly I have found Tectoy locally. I found a Tectoy game gear cart- can't remember if I picked it up.
