I'm looking to buy the official GunCon2 external cable with splitter for TWO gun support. If there is an unofficial, no-name brand one, i'd be interested in it...but I'm not seeing any for sale on eBay, only external cables with single-gun support.
I'd appreciate any help!

Just an FYI, I believe a simple $3.00 Radio Shack splitter can be used with the cables that have a single GunCon port for two player play.

Oh that's very helpful. I think that may solve my problem. Fortunately, there's a Radio Shack store not even a minute away. Thanks!

Yeah, it's just a standard RCA cable, a Y combiner (1 male, 2 female) along with a single RCA cable will do the trick. The Y combiner will go into your TV video in, the PS2 video will go into one plug on the Y combiner, and a length of normal composite RCA video cable will go into the other plug on the Y combiner. You plug your Guncon video cable directly into that (will need to be female or through a 3 female Y combiner - which will allow two Guncons to be used). If you want two player functionality then use another Y combiner on the end of the RCA cable, one Guncon into each female end.
All the included first party cable does is combine in the video lead from the Guncon along the video lead from the PS2 / PS1. If you want something cleaner than a Y combiner you can buy a piggyback cable which is basically the same thing the first party cable is, an RCA cable that sits in between an existing connection - you will still need a Y combiner on the end for two Guncons. The piggyback cable is also easier since you'll have a female end on the end of the cable for the Guncon to plug into. A male end can of course be overcome with a 3 female Y combiner on the end (one into the RCA lead, the other two open for Guncons).

There's a lot of ways to do it, once you see the parts at Radio Shack you'll figure it out.
