Help me Remember the name of this Famicom Game

All I can really say to describe the game is, you play as some bald guy who only has one eye. It is a platformer and it is rather fun.

3 Eyed Kid is a really fun, overlooked Famicom platformer. I have it on a multicart, it looks like the actual cartridge runs a little expensive.
