This has to be one of the funniest games I've ever played. I finished the Story Mode a few weeks ago, and now I'm working on Score Mode (which apparently due to programming bugs, is impossible to finish).
Does anyone know the name of the pieces played in the background of the Western country minigames? One is played after you turn on a boombox, while the other is played in the background of minigames including "Bunnies have a Soft Spot for Plungers".

Can't help you with the name of the tunes, but I'll happily join your RRR love. Absolutely fantastic game - it's great to share the "wtf" moments with people who have never seen it before.

I don't know the name of the songs either, just wanted to confirm that Score Mode is definitely broken.
I played this game a LOT when I first got the Wii, trying to unlock all 12 Score Mode bonuses. But there are a few programming bugs that make the last bonus impossible to unlock. Also, bonus 11 is really lame. It's basically a rehash of one of the earlier bonuses with different music. Not worth the effort to unlock it. I wrote up a FAQ about the bugs & bonus content on gamefaqs.
Still a great game, but impossible to complete.

I hear the PC version is available as a free (with ads) download from Ubi Soft.
I remember one of my most WTF moments was the soccer minigame. I thought I had "kicked" at the wrong angle and hit the bunny instead, but apparently that was what we were supposed to do lol. There was another minigame where we had to hack one of the bunnies in the head with a hammer; cruel, but hilarious enough to stop us thinking about ethics lol.
