It's called "Typhoon 2001". It's remarkably similar at first glance to the Atari Jaguar classic, though you'll notice a whole bunch of changes, some good, some bad. I picked out the male voice, the fact that bad guys on the edge can sometimes be passed through and also don't count as "destroyed" when completing a tunnel as just a few. Also, the game will play only as well as your computer, it's fairly high end for a retro remake. My home computer does OK with it, but my gaming computers at the store run this very nicely.
