It is a GB (I don't know what kind) Game Shark. Probably from 5-10 dollars depending on what GB, and if you have the CD and USB cord for it.

Action Replay is a cheat device like Game Shark/Game Genie etc, not sure which console though, maybe DS?

GBA I believe, i have the same one. It's much more usefull when you have the cable though...

That is definitely a GBA Action Replay. As is, without the cable, you should be able to get about $15 for it. If you had the cable with it, you might be able to get as much as $30-$40 for it...it's one of the more sought-after GBA accessories.
