transfering characters from Buck Rogers Amiga to matrix cubed PC?

i'm a fan of those old school computer RPG dungeon crawlers that let you transfer parties to the games sequel.

i have the Amiga version of Buck Rogers: countdown to doomsday and i know that its sequel, Matrex Cubed was never released on the Amiga but on the PC. if you complete the Amiga version is there a way to transfer your party information into a PC format and then transfer it into the sequel?

i highly doubt it. such features are widely advertised as they are largely uncommon and usually a selling point. ive also never seen this happen cross platform.

i would of just assumed it not possible to but i remember reading about someone doing this very thing.

it was on the net and he mentioned useing some kind of utility but i can't find the article i read.
