Lotte Doraemon handheld game from Japan

I know this is a longshot but I've never found any info about this. It was some sort of mail-in premium from Lotte in Japan. I think Lotte makes candy and cookies. It comes in a little plastic case and has two handheld units and a cable to connect them. Anyone seen it?
