Can't remember if I saw the answer to this one or not. In the printed guide - Where is it?

I believe it was missed in the standard guide.
If you look under non-cartridge items you will see the joystick/game combo listed there.
For the cart only, check the addendums on the site.

Yeah this was pretty much the first game we noticed was missing.
If you're ever not sure about "was it in the book or not", check the addendum FIRST, at http://www.digitpress.com/lists.htm
Any errors are in that add-on now, PLUS any new titles that have been released for these systems since August 2002 when the book was published.
