was delivering mail today and walked up on a box of games just sitting on a porch . 6 common 2600. barnstorming, fishing derby, pitfall etc...
but on top was a Donkey Kong Jr tabletop. in really good condition with stickers and all. only thing is i cant get it to work. i put in new batteries and it doesn't work. i thought these things had on/off switches on em. any suggestions. im hoping it could be something simple i could tinker with. like a lightbulb or something. i really dont want to take it apart cause i wouldn't know what i was looking at anyway. oh well it looks so nice it just may end up on the shelf anyway.

:D so happy now. got the tabletop working. this thing rocks and i dont even like Jr, it's in near mint condition. this will be a focal point in my gameroom now. all i had to do is clean the contacts (duh). i waited all day to get that home to put in some batteries. so bummed when it didn't work at first, now i'm like @_@ must thank the elder woman for leaving games on the porch while i deliver mail. (i paid her guys and gals)
$10 for all

After about a month of almost no luck in the wild, I finally made a decent score. Stoped by the local indie junk store. The owner said he had a bunch of videogame stuff laying around he wanted to get rid of. Sold me all of the following for $50:

2 Sega Saturns w/ 4 controllers, 1 joystick, + hook-up's. Poped the lid's on both and each had a game inside: Need For Speed and Sega Rally!

3 NES decks (front-loading) with 5 controllers, 3 zappers, and all hook-up's. Came with RBI, RBI 2, Tetris, Castlevania, Pac-Man, Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle, Double Dribble, and a couple SMB/Duck Hunt's (of course).

N64 system with all hook-up's and atomic purple controller.

Atari XEGS (no keyboard or zapper) w/ power supply and joysticks. Came with Flight Simulator II cartridge.

Colecovision steering wheel expansion module and 2 Super Action controllers along with a stack of manuals (no games).

Model 1 & 3 Genesis systems w/ power supplys and RF cords.

A bunch of loose Wheel Of Fortune cartridges for Tiger handheld.
