i think its a reproduction. ive seen those before but in a clear cart. i could be wrong

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's a repro.. just realized what repro meant thanks to another thread here. ;)
But hell I wouldn't fall for this now, $100.... I mean Demiforce didn't just have one guy pay $100 to buy the beta cartridge on ebay, they had to gather money so it was obviously expensive.

Ah I remember when that was going on, I was in about 9th grade at the time (or at least that summer) and I remember wanting to donate money to the cause, but I wasn't able to due to being 14 and having no money. Then there was the various tests, the guy you talked to that would make the game crash and the title change to Earthbound Zero.
I still can't believe that was 10 years ago, back when the translation scene was in it's prime and all of what we have now was just a dream.

There is a clear one I put together. Keep in mind though I do own all 5 of those CIB on FC and SFC.

Total ripoff at that price. it's a repro. Davenumbers sold me one for 35 bucks. Great game, too.

i bought that exact repro at the last CGE for $40
i've been playing it recently too in preperation for the Mother 3 fan translation
*After looking a bit closer i realise it isn't the exact same but still pretty close*

Which can be bought or sold for about $200.00. Heck, I sold my SNES CIB EarthBound for $180.00 right here on the forums a couple years ago.
